SR. QUALITY ENGINEER/MANAGER

Our client is seeking a Sr. Quality Engineer/Manager for their team. You’ll apply your quality leadership experience and continuous improvement mindset to ensure the company’s products meet strict customer and industry specifications.

Responsibilities of the Sr. Quality Engineer/Manager

• Develop and maintain quality management system
• Guide, train, and motivate a team of quality professionals
• Establish and implement quality policies and testing procedures
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues
• Prepare reports and oversee audits
• Manage continuous improvement initiatives
• Foster a positive, safety-conscious, collaborative environment

Qualifications of the Sr. Quality Engineer/Manager

• Associate degree and 3-5 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must have AS9100 experience
• Computer proficiency including MS Office Suite, MRP systems
• Strong communication, team-building, and decision-making skills
