Description

Support and leadership on Quality, product integrity and continuous improvement processes and systems aimed to achieve customer satisfaction. Ensure proper implementation and lead of APQP process with our products and manufacturing processes. Along with the OPEX and Business Improvement Managers, assure identification and implementation of capital projects and cost out related to manufacturing process improvement. Monitors performance of processes quality and identify root cause and support with the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Ensure timely implementation of corrective actions on opportunities identified at the internal assessment or monthly performance operation review. Provide all resources needed to ensure that all MESH policies and procedures all performed by his/her personal under his/her supervision. Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to optimize SMT process parameters and ensure robust product quality. Support NPI (New Product Introduction) activities related to SMT, including process validation and quality documentation. Ensure compliance with IPC standards and customer-specific requirements in SMT operations. Provide training and guidance to operators and technicians on SMT quality standards and inspection criteria. Participate in audits and assessments focused on SMT processes and contribute to continuous improvement plans. Ensured that processes needed for the quality management system are established, implemented and maintained. Bachelor's degree on industrial, electrical or electromechanical engineering, or other science. Minimum experience of 2-5 years of experience in SMT process (Quality) Manufacturing background is a must. Electrical sector preferable Full Bilingual (English / Spanish) Strong skills for problem solving (8D, Pareto, 5 Why's, A3, etc.) Knowledge in the interpretation of ISO 9001 requirements Lead auditor ISO 9001-2015 PC knowledge: Minitab, Microsoft Office, MS Project, MS Vision, Access Auto Cad, Thinks and Acts Strategically. Gets Results. Builds Organizational Capability.
