Job description Monitor all warehouse activities related to QC, PM, returns, and VAS. Review all reports from the admin team related to QC, PM, returns, and VAS. Actively provide recommendations for operational process improvements and development. Prepare and submit reports to the Quality Lead regarding activities and findings. Requirements Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Control (QC). Good understanding of Quality Control processes and packaging materials. Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively. Strong time management skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
