The Sr Manager Quality will be responsible for leading the quality organization at Four Oaks Distribution Center ensuring that warehouse and logistics operations meet quality, regulatory and customers’ requirements.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • B.S. or B.A – Science or Engineering Degree. Masters Degree or PhD preferred
  • 5 years of experience leading a Quality function
  • 3 years of experience dealing with Logistics/Supply Chain

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the quality team, working close to the Distribution Center leadership to ensure Quality objectives are met and integrated into overall Supply Chain objectives.
  • Manage and control quality related costs at the Distribution Center
  • Facilitate the implementation of the Culture of Quality, ensuring Compliance, Customer Experience and Efficiencies are always considered in the DC processes
  • Serve as the responsible quality leader for the entire DC, leading all aspects of day-to-day quality processes, ensure all DC associates who directly or indirectly work in the operation are trained in robust procedures
  • Act as Management representative to the DCs, leading external and internal audits, including board of pharmacy audits, FDA audits, certifying body audits, ensuring thorough compliance.
  • Act as the designated representative to boards of pharmacy, ensuring compliance with local wholesale drug licenses.
  • Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, reporting findings to senior management.
  • Ensure all distribution activities align with relevant regulations and standards, including proper documentation and reporting.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to ensure quality excellence
