TK Elevator Corporation — Atlanta (GA), Germantown (TN)What we expectThe first 3 letters in workplace safety are Y-O-U!TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Sr. Quality Program Manager located in Atlanta, GA or Germantown, TN.Responsible for implementing and maintaining a systemic quality focus using the collection and analysis of defect data. This is to be achieved by implementing and maintaining common data collection tools and partnering with geographically distributed business functions.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Provide accurate data to the business on product performance.Identify trends in reported data that may indicate areas for improvement.Prepare and present data as requested to leadership to drive effectiveactions.Escalate urgent reported issues as appropriate in a timely fashion.Identify effective correction and containment.Leading root cause investigations to address key business objectives.Drive timely execution of identified corrective and preventive actions.Develop strong relationships with organizational functions to ensure working understanding of the roles and responsibilities of each function.Using data engage senior leadership in the operationalization and utilization of data to meet organization objectives.Coach and support personnel in the use of continuous improvement tools andmethodologiesDrive a sense of urgency for results utilizing operational project reviewand meaningful metrics.Who we are looking forEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:Bachelor’s degree in a technical or financial fieldMinimum 5 years of elevator experience in either production, design, installation, or serviceProven expertise in data analysisDemonstrated ability to lead root cause investigations.Ability to travel (both domestic and international)Experience in data analysisTechnical mastery of defect identification, correction, and containment ofdefectsRoot cause analysis expertiseDemonstrated success in coaching other in system usage (Benchmark or other data collection systems)Black Belt or Master Black Belt (trained or certified).Minimum of 5 years of continuous improvement experienceEvidence of effective execution in a matrix organizationEnergizing and effective leader – able to motivate others to excelProven strong verbal and written communication skill at all levels of theorganization.Demonstrated ability to deliver results against organization goals andtimelines.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSBlack Belt certification preferredProject Management Professional experience preferredMinimum 5 years in a cross functional quality position or 5 years of leadingteams with a focus on process improvementsData analysis experience preferredWhat we offerProvided they meet all eligibility requirement under the applicable plan documents, employees will be offered medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, supplemental medical plans, basic life insurance, AD&D, short term and long term disability, optional life and AD&D, optional spouse and dependent life insurance, dependent life insurance, flexible spend account, health savings account, identity theft monitoring, pet insurance, Employee Assistance Program, Wellness program, and tuition reimbursement.
