Job Title: Sr. Quantity Surveyor

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s in Quantity Surveying (Master’s in Contracts/Procurement a plus)
• 4–6 years UAE experience (preferably with consultancy or main contractor)
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC, BOQs, cost analysis, and tendering
• Proficiency in CostX, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, AutoCAD
• Excellent negotiation & communication skills

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re hiring a Senior Quantity Surveyor with 8–12 years of experience (4–6 years in the UAE) in consultancy or main contracting. You’ll manage cost planning, procurement, and contracts, especially FIDIC-based projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare BOQs, take-offs, and tender documents
• Manage tender processes and contract finalizations
• Review and certify payment applications and variations
• Coordinate procurement with suppliers/subcontractors
• Conduct commercial audits and suggest improvements
