We’re seeking an Experienced & Proactive Quantity Surveyor with solid UAE/GCC experience to manage both pre- and post-contract phases on high-impact projects.
You manage quantity surveying tasks, cost management, and report preparation bills checking , etc
What We’re Looking For: 8–10 years’ experience in real estate development/contracting (UAE preferred)Strong knowledge of FIDIC, UAE construction regulations & building codesSkilled in cost management incl software Bachelor’s in QS / Civil Engineering (MRICS, AIQS, CIOB preferred)
