Hiring a Quantity surveyor to perform the following tasks and responsibilities:
Procure materials from suppliers and arrange contract agreements with subcontractors,
Preparing bills of quantities and commercial proposals in the tender stage.
Preparing accurate interim valuations, variations, and material estimation in the post-contract stage.
Preparing contracts and finalization as required
Documentation management and control.
Liaising and working collaboratively with site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
Minimum qualifications: QS Degree / B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 6 years of UAE experience
Applicants must be available in Dubai for interview.
