As Addepar continues its exceptional growth, we are seeking a Senior Recruiter to strengthen our team during this exciting expansion. You will play a crucial role in building both our Go-to-Market teams—and R&D teams, supporting critical business and technical functions. Your expertise in full-cycle recruitment will ensure Addepar continues to scale strategically and sustainably.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for both Go-to-Market and R&D roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
  • Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent across Europe.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience, maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leaders to understand staffing needs and offer strategic recruitment guidance.
  • Leverage market insights and data to refine hiring processes and improve recruitment outcomes.
