Overview: The Sr. Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting by partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and secure top-tier talent while delivering a strong candidate experience. Key Accountabilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer acceptance Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies Draft and post job descriptions across relevant platforms Screen resumes and conduct interviews Coordinate the interview process and manage candidate experience Extend offers and support negotiations Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and industry networks Build talent pipelines and maintain candidate relationships Create and execute a strategy to build and maintain the employer brand Represent company at fashion events and networking opportunities Maintain ATS records and recruiting metrics Special projects as assigned Requirements Required Skills/Abilities/Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Fashion, or related field 5-10+ years of managing full-cycle recruitment, preferably in the fashion or retail industry Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Ability to maintain strict confidentiality Proficient in Microsoft Office Experience with ATS and sourcing tools Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Consistent in-office presence is vital to the role as it is for all Haddad Brands team members, so that we all have a full appreciation, aesthetically and tactilely, of the qualities that define our brand partners’ products and set them apart from their competitors.
