We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to support one of our global clients. This role is remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while partnering closely with dynamic, fast-paced business teams across a variety of functions.

• Partner with hiring managers and talent partners to understand business needs and deliver top talent across non-technical roles.
• Manage the full recruitment process, including intake, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer negotiation.
• Build consultative relationships with hiring managers, providing guidance on hiring strategies, market insights, and interview best practices.
• Maintain accurate and compliant data in the ATS while providing regular status updates to talent acquisition leadership and business partners.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience, ensuring timely follow-ups and acting as an ambassador for the client’s employer brand.
