Description

Partner with hiring managers and business unit leader to understand hiring requirements, products and services while providing consultative expertise in recruitment. Lead & develop recruiting strategies and manage the end-to-end hiring activities of assigned requisitions, delivering an efficient and effective recruiting partnership. Oversees candidates in the talent pipeline through every life cycle stage and develop an outstanding candidate experience and recognition of downstream impact on other disciplines Advises and influences leaders of assigned business units on Talent Acquisition strategy and how to identify and invest in talent pipeline Conduct ongoing market research and analysis to develop innovative and effective sourcing strategies, providing market intelligence to the business as required. Collaborates regularly with peers and/or internal partners 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
