Make a Difference The Sr Recruitment Coordinator is a detail-oriented and people-focused professional to lead talent acquisition efforts—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers, manage recruitment systems, and ensure a smooth, professional experience for every candidate. Your work helps shape a positive first impression and drives a successful hiring process. What You’ll Do: Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews with senior leaders, manage calendars, and share detailed agendas with candidates and panels. Logistics: Book rooms, set up virtual platforms, and ensure tech readiness. Candidate Experience: Support candidates with clear communication, guidance, and timely updates. Process Improvement: Lead workflow enhancements, implement new tools (especially AI-driven), and mentor pre-boarding specialists. Strategic Impact: Shape candidate experience strategies, identify roadblocks, and offer solutions to improve feedback and outcomes. Note: Responsibilities may vary or expand based on team needs. Exceptional Skills and Qualifications Applicants for this position should possess extraordinary customer service skills to provide an exceptional experience. 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required) 4+ years: Delivering exceptional service to customers in business, human resources, recruitment, sales or related area AI tools and technology experience required Fluency in Microsoft applications.
