SUMMARY/OBJECTIVES

The Senior Regional Wealth Advisor role requires all of the duties of a wealth advisor. This position is earned by demonstrating successful performance in the wealth advisor role, by successful management of a large and complex book of business, and/or by demonstrating success in the independent acquisition and growth of new client relationships (i. e., not relying on others to assign relationships to the incumbent). This role requires an ability to work successfully across multiple markets, forging relationships with internal and external business partners so as to win and retain client relationships across a wide geographic area. This role demands that the incumbent demonstrate leadership skills and be viewed by peers within the private wealth group as a leader, including training and mentoring less experienced staff, serving as an internal resource regarding wealth management issues, and being a role model for others.
The Senior Regional Wealth Advisor is responsible for managing a book of investment management relationships while maintaining high-level knowledge of financial and estate planning, investment management, trust administration and regulatory requirements. This position serves as primary point of contact to clients and promotes retention and growth of existing relationships and the development of new business.
