Job Description A Replenishment Planner is responsible for ensuring product availability aligned with commercial needs (product on time) and financial indicators (inventory valuation). Some of the main functions of the position include: Ensuring timely and accurate actions and responses to demand needs requests Analyze a large amount of data and present important insights to the business Ensure that inventories are maintained at optimal levels. Uderstanding processes from plants to provide meaningful insights and strategic recommendations for the business Qualifications Analysis and Problem-Solving: . The candidate should have knowledge of databases to analyze important information that drives actions to the demand planning team and/or plant teams Communication: The ideal candidate will communicate clearly and effectively in a variety of groups; most of them with language barriers Collaboration: The ideal candidate will build constructive and effective cross-functional relationships with a broad and diverse group of business partners. Financial knowledge: The ideal candidate will evaluate financial and business indicators and translate data into actionable information to drive results.
