Your initiatives will directly impact patient experiences across numerous facilities, ensuring quality care through data-driven insights. The position offers unique opportunities to engage with leadership and stakeholders, contributing to a transformative healthcare program. \n Accountabilities Partner with leadership and stakeholders to provide technical expertise on reporting products. Cross-walk legacy report functionality to new system functionalities including workflows and registries. Assist users in adopting functionalities through detailed documentation. Contribute to data governance policies ensuring role-based access to analytics. Gather reporting requirements and help integrate standards within products in a matrixed team. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 8+ years of experience in Healthcare IT reporting and analytics. Experience with Oracle Health reporting domains like PowerInsight and Discern Analytics. Strong understanding of healthcare reporting structures and data models. Knowledge of data governance practices and analytics security frameworks. Experience supporting system transitions and reporting sustainment.
