CONTEXT

The Facility Department is responsible for ensuring suitable accommodations for operational units and supporting general facility-related business processes professionally.
The Senior Facility Officer serves as the main point of contact for all employees with questions about office-related matters. They ensure a pleasant and safe atmosphere, handle minor repairs, and maintain cleanliness in and around the office buildings. Additionally, they welcome guests, perform administrative duties, and act as the Facility Manager’s replacement when necessary, including being part of the on-call service.
