JOB OVERVIEW

Sansara 24/7 Restoration & Remodeling, a small and highly reviewed company, is looking for a skilled and experienced Master Carpenter to join our team. In this role, you will lead carpentry projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and government properties, focusing on high-quality restoration and remodeling. Your expertise will be pivotal in scaling our company to new heights while maintaining the exceptional standards our customers trust.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 10 years of professional carpentry experience, including leadership roles.
• Expertise in all aspects of carpentry, from framing to finish work.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with team members and clients.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

WORK SCHEDULE AND LOCATION

• Full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime opportunities.
• Travel required for certain projects, with per diem provided.

• Lead a team of carpenters in the repair and restoration of water-damaged and other properties.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Order necessary materials as budgeted.
• Perform hands-on carpentry tasks while ensuring safety and compliance with building codes.
• Inspect completed work to ensure adherence to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and other professionals to ensure project success.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and enforce safety protocols.
