Description:
As a Senior Revenue Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for creating and executing effective marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive revenue growth for Nasdaq’s Financial Technology business. Reporting into the Head of Revenue Marketing for Financial Technology, you will work closely with the sales team, BDR teams and product strategy teams to develop and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting prospective audiences throughout all stages of the buyer’s journey. You will also analyze and report on campaign performance, identify best practices and trendspotting, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement and next steps.
The ideal candidate for this role is excited about demand generation, with experience in managing and executing multi-channel marketing programs. You will need to be familiar with marketing best practices to facilitate consistent and impactful campaigns that drive qualified leads and generate pipeline and revenue for the Financial Technology business unit. In this role you will:
- Drive demand generation through high impact integrated campaigns and programmatic prospect engagement based on the business’ growth strategy and key segments.
- Create strategic account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting C-level executives with tailored messaging for each audience segment and role.
- Partner with sales, business development representatives and product strategy teams to develop whitespace areas for growth opportunity, including net-new business, up-sell and cross-sell.
- Partner with sales and business development representatives to drive adoption and success of new business growth and ensure alignment of campaigns and communication.
- Build strategies to generate and convert the full spectrum of inbound and outbound demand.
- Build processes, programs, and feedback loops that enable valuable, scalable, high impact prospect engagement.
- Leverage and analyze internal and external data sources to quickly react to regional trends and incorporate them into the on-going campaign strategy.
- Execute regional marketing campaigns in AMERS & EMEA, working closely with the sales teams and business stakeholders to identify regional trends.
- Identify, track and report on progress of key marketing KPIs (leads, pipeline contribution, CW business influenced) and ongoing campaigns/projects.
- Work collaboratively across internal marketing teams – performance marketing, content marketing, GTM marketing, brand & design, corporate communications and more to deliver a holistic experience to prospects.
- Work closely with 3rd party agencies and with the marketing tech stack including Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, and more.
- Partner with Field Marketing to strategically plan and execute third-party sponsorships, tradeshows, and Nasdaq-hosted events for prospects.
- Support marketing’s contribution to sales pipeline through marketing generated leads and meaningfully contribute to the success of the business.
Qualifications:
- Experience with robust data-driven decision making, analytics & reporting, including proficiency in Excel
- Experience with Marketing technology tools including CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation (Marketo) and 6sense
- Strong executive presence and comfort in delivering information to senior executives
- Excellent writer and communicator
- Very organized with strong attention to detail
- Creative thinker with a focus on the buyer / user experience
- Willingness to learn and understand the products, audience, and business landscape
- Works effectively with stakeholders within the revenue marketing function, across marketing functions and outside of the organization
- Ability to follow-through and thrive in a high-growth, dynamic environment

- Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or English
