• Strategic analysis and reporting related project initiatives for the CSO Programs and Strategy team• Identification of trends, insights, and areas of improvement with various data sets• Working with cross-functional teams to extract, develop and present information that assists with achieving the growth initiatives determined by the WW CSO teams• Supporting the Renewal Rate Improvement program for analysis and insights• Work with the AI team to continue to operationalize and improve the renewals risk modelling and the use of the information to advance the knowledge of our customers across CSO• Develop a 360 view of the install base, customer usage and areas where adoption can be improved• Work with the WW CSO Leadership team on account segmentation and GTM model• Assist with the creation, analysis and presentation of key performance indicators related to growth programs• Assist with the implementation of projects as required
