StellarMettle is seeking an Estimator who will be responsible for creating cost estimates for new builds and roof replacement projects, while also managing the assigned projects to meet company goals.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong experience with roofing estimation projects.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through on tasks.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to comprehend instructions and documents and interact effectively with colleagues and clients.

  Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

• Develop accurate cost estimates and submit them for approval.
• Manage projects to ensure deadlines and budget objectives are achieved.
• Review and approve financial documents such as invoices, material slips, purchase orders, contracts, and proposals for adherence to company guidelines and project scopes.
• Address and resolve customer disputes and overdue accounts effectively.
• Maintain and protect company assets, including equipment, vehicles, and adherence to policies.
• Track labor and material expenses to control project costs.
• Prepare and process invoices for contract-based and time-and-material projects.
• Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors throughout project phases, such as scheduling, quality control, change orders, and submittals.
• Respond professionally to client inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
