CRITICAL EXPERIENCES:

  • Background in sales analysis and/or partner management
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective, dynamic, and versatile reporting for both internal and external customers
  • Demonstrated ability to influence complex, large-volume, multi-year partner contracts
  • Customer oriented with a global perspective
Responsibilities
  • Support the global Key Accounts team to prepare sales reporting and analysis for partner meetings.
  • Build and maintain recurring sales performance reports and dashboards (e.g., in SAP, Salesforce, or Excel).
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity in data visualization and communication of results.
  • Track KPIs such as sales pipeline analysis, quota attainment tracking, regional sales performance, and initiative effectiveness.
  • Conduct ad-hoc and structured analyses to support strategic initiatives and sales leadership inquiries.
  • Identify patterns in sales data that inform performance reviews, forecasting, and regional planning.
  • Present findings in a clear, concise, and actionable format.
  • Work with BI systems (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, Analysis for Office and SAC) to extract and validate sales data.
  • Support efforts to improve data integrity and standardization across global teams.
  • Contribute to documentation and development of scalable reporting templates and processes.
  • Partner with regional sales teams to understand business needs and support data requests.
