Job Description Vuori is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Coordinator supporting our international accounts who will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency, effectiveness, and accuracy of our daily sales operations processes. In this role you will oversee the day-to-day operational procedures, maintaining a clean order book, focusing on delivery dates aligning with inbound purchase orders, shipping on time and order fill rates. Collaborating with cross-functional business partners to drive process improvements with Planning, Logistics, AR and multiple third-party warehouses to ensure we are providing best-in-class service to our international wholesale customers. What you'll get to do: Manage all aspects of the order book relating to the International Franchise and Wholesale accounts Partner with International sales team to facilitate seasonal sell in deadlines Maintain order book integrity, ensuring correct shipping dates, pricing, sizing, colors etc. are on order Review order book to inbound POs to identify gaps in production after POs are placed; partner with planning and ID&A to mitigate any risk to order fulfillment Perform monthly inventory coverage analysis, collaborate with Planning and ID&A to secure inventory when necessary Review compliance manuals for both new and existing accounts to verify accurate implementation and adherence Collaborate to build and maintain compliance manuals adhering to partner incoterms and unique regional regulations Work with Micro Strategy team to develop dashboards representing international business. Track shipping to forecast and KPI’s for International accounts on a weekly, monthly, quarterly; share results to leadership Build and maintain strong relationships with 3PL warehouse partners to ensure high level of service and compliance Work productively within cross functional teams to create a cohesive communication flow between Sales, Allocation, Planning, Shipping, and Finance Lead process improvement initiatives that support scalability and international expansion Collaborate with Sales to execute promo orders to prospective accounts to drive future business growth Manage and orderbook in accordance with multiple assortments across the retail and wholesale calendars Proactively build seasonal shipping schedules with partners Qualifications Who you are: Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience preferred 3-5 years proven experience in sales operations Able to work effectively in a fast-past environment with cross-functional teams.
