Job Title: Sales Development Representative – Data Solutions (Insurance Domain)
Location: Remote (USA-based, Green Card holders only)
Experience Required: 2–5 years
Salary: $100,000 per year + 10% commission/incentives

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience working with Databricks and/or GCP customers.
  • Strong background in the insurance industry, preferably mid-market customer base.
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development for data bricks or GCP cloud solutions.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Must be based in the USA and hold citizenship.
  • Ability to join immediately.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are expanding our sales team and looking for dynamic Sales Development professionals who have a proven track record in selling data solutions to mid-market clients—particularly in the insurance domain. The ideal candidate should have prior experience engaging with customers using Databricks and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive sales development activities targeting mid-market insurance companies.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities for data and cloud-based solutions.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their challenges and recommend appropriate data solutions.
  • Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align messaging and solutions.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and report sales forecasts.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
