Description

Under moderate supervision develops and implements strategies in support of sales force and corporate initiatives appropriate to sales segments and unique go-to-market, sales support, digital content and development needs. Empowers sales team to execute by ensuring internal organizational buy-in, leveraging innovative sales enablement practices, translating the sales strategy to actionable plans and courses of action.

MINIMUM EDUCATION

Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

Three (3) year professional business experience in project management, sales, learning and development, education, communications including writing and editing, content management, creative development, or quantitative analysis. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Strong relationship building, strategic partnering, research/analysis, project/program management, and communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to innovate and produce high quality results on a consistent basis.
Preferred Qualifications: Designs engaging learning experiences by analyzing needs, defining objectives, and creating instructional materials across multiple formats (VILT, ILT, eLearning, video, and job aids). Works closely with subject matter experts and trainers to ensure content aligns with business goals and adult learning best practices.
Preferred Tools/technical skills: Instructional design models, Adult-learning principles, Articulate Rise/Storyline, Adobe Captivate/Lectora, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Camtasia, Vyond, LMS platforms, survey tools (Qualtrics, MS Forms), project management tools
