Description

Position: Senior Sales Engineer – HVAC
Location: Dubai
Role Summary:
Seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to drive sales of HVAC products, focusing on turnkey project packages. The role involves lead generation, relationship management with MEP contractors and consultants, and closing high-value deals to achieve annual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ⁠ ⁠Identify and develop new business opportunities in HVAC solutions (Air/Water Cooled Chillers, Packaged Units, VRF/VRV, FCU, FAHU, ducts, heat exchangers, adiabatic cooling systems).
  • ⁠ ⁠Sell complete project packages, especially turnkey solutions.
  • ⁠ ⁠Build and maintain strong relationships with MEP contractors and consultants across the UAE.
  • ⁠ ⁠Prepare and negotiate quotations, ensuring profitability and compliance with specifications.
  • ⁠ ⁠Coordinate with internal teams for proposal development, project execution, and timely delivery.
  • ⁠ ⁠Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales strategy.

Requirements:

  • ⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (MBA preferred).
  • ⁠ ⁠5+ years’ experience in HVAC sales, particularly in turnkey project packages.
  • ⁠ ⁠Strong network with MEP contractors and consultants in the UAE.
  • ⁠ ⁠Excellent negotiation, deal-closing, and relationship-building skills.
  • ⁠ ⁠Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
