SKILL REQUIREMENTS:



    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or related technical field

    • 5+ years of experience in the power industry
    • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
    • Experience in offer management and technical contract review
    • Proficient in Excel and/or Matlab for technical and financial modeling
    • Familiarity with CRM (e.g. Salesforce) and engineering tools (e.g. CAD)
    • Background in energy storage, solar, power generation, or EPC projects
    • Knowledge of local codes, standards, and regulations
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to manage multiple tasks
    • High ownership and drive to meet business targets
    • Excellent coordination and collaboration skills
    • Comfortable in a dynamic, informal work environment
    • Fluent in German (C1/C2) and English

    Responsibilities


      • Translate customer needs into optimized energy storage solutions in close collaboration with EMEA sales teams.

      • Provide technical support and product configuration guidance to sales teams.
      • Develop and manage sales tools and technical support materials.
      • Lead evaluation of installation contractor proposals for system integration and turnkey delivery.
      • Drive technical aspects of contract negotiations and support deal closure.
      • Capture customer requirements to inform product roadmaps.
      • Ensure designs comply with local codes and standards.
      • Identify and resolve technical deviations, balancing associated risks.
      • Handover technical details to project execution teams and support project start-up.
      • Coordinate product readiness, availability, and pricing with internal departments.
      • Willingness to travel across the DACH region.
