Job Description Job Summary The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving the leisure segment, expanding global and regional partnerships, and positioning Our Habitas Ras Abrouq as a preferred luxury desert resort. This role focuses on the GCC, international wholesalers, tour operators, and key travel agencies to maximize revenue, market share, and brand visibility. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute leisure sales strategies to achieve room revenue targets. Manage existing leisure accounts and secure new partnerships across GCC, Europe, Asia, and global markets. Conduct regular sales trips, roadshows, and participate in trade events. Promote the resort’s unique pillars (art, culture, wellness, and adventure) to position it as a distinctive luxury destination. Maintain strong relationships with DMCs, luxury consortia, and high-end travel agencies. Prepare leisure offers, market insights, and pricing recommendations. Lead contracting discussions for seasonal rates, offers, and tactical promotions. Work closely with the Director of Sales to ensure brand alignment across all leisure channels. Submit accurate weekly reports, forecasts, and market intelligence. Host fam trips and site inspections to showcase the resort. Support the commercial team in driving awareness and overall resort visibility. Qualifications Requirements Minimum 3 years experience in luxury leisure sales at a 5-star hotel (Luxury resort experience is a big plus). Strong knowledge of the GCC and International leisure markets. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Valid Qatar driving license required. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to represent a remote luxury desert resort and communicate its unique positioning to clients.
