Business Growth & Sales Execution Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets in the Jordan market. Identify new business opportunities, industries, and potential clients. Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and closing. 2. Account Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients across sectors. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention. Conduct regular business reviews and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. 3. Market & Pipeline Development Maintain a healthy, well-documented sales pipeline with accurate forecasting. Understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in Jordan. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, delivery) to tailor solutions for the local market. 4. Client Engagement & Communication Deliver product/service presentations to clients and partners. Prepare commercial proposals, quotes, and structured offers. Handle client queries, resolve issues, and provide timely support. 5. Reporting & Documentation Provide weekly and monthly reports on pipeline, performance, and KPIs. Maintain organized CRM records and complete documentation of all client interactions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent Strong understanding of the Jordanian market and its business culture. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
