Build trusted customer relationships by understanding operational challenges and presenting tailored, value-driven solutions with measurable business impact. Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and guide opportunities through the complete sales process. Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, customer demonstrations, and networking opportunities to strengthen market presence. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and CRM records while providing regular updates on business performance and market trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and long-term account success. Requirements: Proven success in direct B2B sales of innovative industrial technology solutions, ideally combining hardware and software offerings. Extensive experience managing complex, high-value enterprise sales within large industrial organizations. Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders across technical, operational, procurement, and executive levels. Experience developing territory strategies, managing pipelines, and delivering accurate sales forecasting through CRM platforms. Highly proactive, resilient, and customer-focused with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. Willingness and ability to travel regularly to customer sites throughout the assigned territory. Residence in the U.S. Rust Belt region or nearby states is preferred. Experience selling into the Metals, Minerals, Cement, Pulp & Paper, or broader heavy manufacturing industries is highly desirable.
