UKG is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused professional to join the Sales Operations team. The Sr. Sales Operations Associate will primarily be responsible for supporting the Sales Team, managing RMAs, Sales quoting, and ensuring accuracy of quote values for Sales Rep Opportunity Forecasts. The ideal candidate has experience with Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ for quoting . Operating with minimal supervision, the Level 4 Sales Operations Associate handles complex Sales scenarios, ensures adherence to quote to cash processes, timelines, and supports consistent contract execution across the team. In addition to delivering timely and accurate processing, this role provides guidance and support to peers to help achieve team performance goals and maintain operational standards Job Responsibilities: Support Sales Team: Partner with the Sales team to deliver high-quality customer-facing documentation in support of sales objectives by complying with internal processes and policies, including auditing documents throughout the quote-to-order process to ensure high-quality output GTM Strategies: Understand and apply the go-to-market strategies, sales promotions, product offerings, and processes when collaborating or advising sales on deal structure Hardware Quote Management: Generate, modify, and deliver high-quality customer-facing hardware quotes, ensuring compliance with internal processes and policies. Salesforce CPQ Administration: Leverage Salesforce CPQ throughout the sales cycle to maintain data integrity and streamline quoting processes. RMA Processing: Execute and track credits and RMAs through to completion, ensuring accurate and timely processing. Opportunity Forecast Review: Validate and ensure accuracy in Sales Rep Opportunity Forecasts, providing necessary adjustments or feedback. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with teams including Finance, Legal, Order Management, Contracts, and Services to ensure seamless operations. Escalations & Approvals: Manage red lines, escalations, and approvals, coordinating with internal stakeholders as needed. Process Improvement: Identify and participate in initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and support evolving business needs. Technology Adoption: Embrace new technologies and tools to support business workflows and improve operational effectiveness. Month & Quarter-End Support: Provide limited assistance during the month-end and quarter-end closing processes as needed. Qualifications 4+ years of post-secondary education or relevant work experience in a sales or customer service environment. Strong technical aptitude and experience with Salesforce CPQ, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, and Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with sales cycles and environments Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with a high level of interpersonal skills to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations High self-motivation, responsibility, and flexibility to achieve results.
