AMP is hiring a Sr. Sales Operations Analyst reporting to the VP, Commercial to support our team of commercial originators in selling recycling and municipal solid waste (MSW) systems to private and public sector customers. This person can be remote in the United States.
This role will be instrumental in ensuring the efficiency of the sales process by enabling workflows across departments, assisting with pitch materials, drafting responses to RFPs and solicitations, overseeing new customer intake, and maintaining pipeline reporting. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

As our Sr. Sales Operations Analyst, you will:

  • Maintain, organize, and regularly update the sales library, ensuring originators have access to the latest sales collateral, templates, proposals, case studies, and other sales assets.
  • Act as a liaison between the commercial team and internal departments to ensure seamless deal execution.
  • Assist in contract administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in the creation of pitch materials and presentations for customer meetings.
  • Research and compile relevant market and industry data to enhance lead identification and sales pitches.
  • Support the development of responses to solicitations (RFPs and RFIs) ensuring timely and compliant submissions.
  • Collaborate with sales originators to tailor sales materials to specific client needs and industry trends.
  • Support the new customer intake process, ensuring all required documentation and internal approvals are completed efficiently.
  • Monitor and analyze government bid and contract postings, ensuring timely identification of relevant opportunities.
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline, tracking progress of deals from initial contact through close.
  • Generate and distribute pipeline reports, sales forecasts, and performance metrics for internal stakeholders.
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, CRM updates, and document management.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-4 times per year for team meetings

Salary & Compensation Information: $92,292 - $120,012
Equity Grant: The candidate selected for this role will be recommended for a stock option grant commensurate with the position and the candidate’s qualifications.
