Job Responsibilities Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data to extract meaningful insights, identify trends, and evaluate overall sales performance. Leverage strong reporting skills to generate comprehensive and visually compelling reports that facilitate data-driven decision-making for sales strategies. Manage and optimize CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness, and supporting the sales team with efficient tools and processes. Lead the development and maintenance of accurate sales forecasts, offering valuable insights into future performance and aiding strategic planning. Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines. Works independently; seeks guidance on complex tasks. Demonstrate leadership by mentoring junior analysts and providing support when needed, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment. Provide training to sales teams on the effective use of tools and reporting systems, offering ongoing support to maximize their productivity. Design, develop, and maintain user-friendly dashboards that provide real-time visibility into key performance metrics, aiding informed decision-making. Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis, contributing to the enhancement of sales processes and the achievement of revenue goals. Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and trends, actively searching for chances to enhance sales analytics and operations through continuous improvement. Ability to translate and communication data and insights to Senior Leadership providing actoinable metrics and insights. May be required to support Sales Operations help desk team on occasion, as requested by Line Manger Performs other work-related duties as assigned. Minimal travel may be required (up to 25%). Degree and 3-5 years related experience 2+ years SFDC experience 1-2 years experience using Reporting Tools (Power BI, Tableau, ect.)
