As a Sr Sales Operations Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in supporting and optimizing our sales operations within the Building Automation business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient sales processes, accurate data management, and effective sales support to drive business growth and operational excellence. You will report directly to our Sr. Director Sales Excellence, and you’ll work out of our Mexico location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization by streamlining operations, providing insightful sales analytics, and enabling the sales team to focus on delivering exceptional customer value. As a Sr. Sales Operations Specialist at Honeywell, this role is responsible for optimizing sales operations and driving data‑driven decision making within the Building Automation business. The position partners closely with sales, finance, and cross‑functional teams to streamline sales processes, manage pipeline and forecasting, and deliver actionable sales analytics through enterprise‑level dashboards and KPIs.
