Job Summary   We have an opportunity for a Sr Sales Representative to join us at PIP Global Safety Combisafe in Sweden, where you will lead all commercial aspects of the sales process, from project lead to partnership agreements. You will build relationships and understand customer requirements to provide appropriate products or solutions both from end-users and partners. You will define a sales and growth strategy toward key sub segments while aligning with critical sales business objectives. You will identify opportunities and build credibility utilizing your product & market knowledge to deliver the PIP value proposition to the customers. This is a remote role with around 80% travel within Sweden.   RESPONSIBILITIES * Customer face to face promotion of Combi-safe Product Portfolio and services. * Responsible for some installation of sold products.  * Advise customers of most suitable product needs for their application. * Identify opportunities for further sales and service revenues. * Provide quotations to customers. * Integrate with the Nordic team, and the greater Northern Europe team. * Utilize CRM software (Salesforce) to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and maximize sales opportunities   REQUIRED SKILLS FOR SUCCESS * Strong background in Sales, ideally with-in H&S, edge or fall protection, experience of technical sales. * Highly experienced in consultative selling-like methodologies / approaches. * In-depth knowledge of the construction market. * Understanding of health and safety legislation concerning edge protection.  * Experience in planning and managing major accounts.  * Proficient in Swedish and English   Protective Industrial Products (PIP) is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
