About Us: Maple Armor is at the forefront of innovation in the fire alarm industry. We provide cutting-edge fire safety solutions that save lives and protect properties. We are seeking an Intermediate Sales Representative with extensive industry experience to lead our sales initiatives in the GTA.
Position Overview: The Intermediate Sales Representatives will be instrumental in driving Maple Armor’s growth. They will develop and implement sales strategies, build new client relationships, mentor junior team members, and provide leadership in expanding our market share.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Post-secondary education or comparable experience.
  • 10 years of work experience in the Fire/Security industry or related fields.
  • Proven track record of successful sales leadership and team mentorship.
  • Self-motivated with a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with PC-based applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Valid and clean “G” driver’s license required.
  • CFAA certification is Required.
  • Technical ability to review and discuss project plans.
  • Willingness to travel within the territory, including occasional overnight and air travel.
Responsibilities
  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies to engage potential clients and expand market presence.
  • Business Development: Cultivate new relationships through targeted outreach, professional networking, and participation in trade exhibitions and events.
  • Client Education & Support: Educate and support potential customers, engineers, and contractors about our products, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Team Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior sales team members, fostering a collaborative and successful sales environment.
  • Site Visits: Conduct site visits to review and discuss installation procedures and best practices with contractors.
  • Market Analysis: Continuously gather market insights, identify growth opportunities, and lead efforts to convert potential leads into sales successes.
  • Training Implementation: Oversee and contribute to training programs in technology, products, sales skills, and other essential areas.
