Working in the Medical Devices Industry, you will be exposed to a broad range of products that have life changing effects on a patient's quality of life. Demonstrate expertise in sales coaching and feedback Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of training programs on assigned projects such as onboarding, sales meetings, product launches, training tools and resources impacting the sales organisation Facilitate in-person or virtual delivery of new hire and advanced sales training programs designed to accelerate core knowledge and skill mastery Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs, formulate recommendations, update training curriculum, and develop sales training plans and programs This job description reflects management's assignment of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned In-person and virtual facilitation experience and software competency Prior hands-on experience developing and delivering sales training Previous diabetes-related medical and/or pharma sales experience with a track record of sales success Language skills; must be able to communicate effectively in English.
