As the Senior Sales Trainer, FOLIO you are responsible for the creation and delivery of internal Sales training for FOLIO and FOLIO-related products and the maintenance, upkeep, facilitation, workflows, and integrations of the FOLIO Sales demo tenants. Your role is focused on empowering the EBSCO global sales team of over 400 people.
This remote position is U.S.-based only (excluding U.S. territories)

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide remote and in-person training for FOLIO and FOLIO-related products to global Sales staff
  • Generate training materials including PDFs, PowerPoints, and videos for FOLIO and FOLIO-related products based on product updates and Sales’ needs
  • Continual maintenance and updates to FOLIO-related product training materials to ensure the latest information is delivered to Sales
  • Align with FOLIO and Global Sales Management on FOLIO product Training needs
  • Collaborate with corresponding Product Management to ensure timely awareness of new and changing features and provide appropriate Sales training. Drive sales through empowering the sales team through demo support and access.
  • Participate in Process Improvement initiatives as needed
  • Own perpetual upkeep and maintenance of our FOLIO Sales Demo Tenants including, but not limited to, updates for integrations and workflows in partnership with our Hosting, Implementation, and SaaS Director teams
  • Lead reporting and facilitation of FOLIO Demo Tenant requirements, changes, and ongoing updates to appropriate teams and provide timely responses and updates to impacted teams
  • Address any FOLIO Demo Tenant issues in a timely manner in coordination with Hosting and Implementation triage groups
  • Partner with Global SaaS Directors to set up and streamline workflows in support of customer-facing FOLIO demos
  • Assist with customer-facing demos as needed to support Sales
