Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Analyst with 7+ years of Salesforce administration experience to support the day-to-day operation, configuration, and optimization of our Salesforce environment. This role is responsible for user administration, security model management, ticket resolution, configuration changes, and troubleshooting support to ensure a stable and efficient Salesforce platform. This is a hybrid role based in our Denver office, with employees expected on-site 2–3 days per week. Candidates must reside in the Denver metro area. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage Salesforce user administration, including roles, profiles, permission sets, and access controls * Support and resolve Tier-1 and Tier-2 tickets, with Tier-2 issues focused on Salesforce configuration updates * Perform minor automation and configuration changes, including: * Flow updates * Approval process adjustments * Validation rule maintenance * Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and provide effective support and root-cause resolution * Partner with business stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into well-defined Salesforce solutions and configuration changes * Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Developers, QA, and DevOps to design, validate, and push changes through to production * Work closely with business users and technical teams to ensure proper system support and alignment with business needs * Maintain data security, system integrity, and adherence to Salesforce best practices * Document support activities, configuration changes, and resolutions as needed BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: * 7+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience * Strong understanding of Salesforce user management and security model * Experience managing roles, profiles, and permission sets * Experience handling Tier-1 and Tier-2 support tickets * Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration * Strong troubleshooting and support skills * Proven ability to work with business stakeholders and translate requirements into actionable Salesforce solutions, collaborating with Business Solutions Architects, Dev, QA, and DevOps to push changes to production PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS: * Salesforce Administrator * Salesforce Advanced Administrator * Experience working with Copado deployments, Service Cloud Voice, and Agentic AI is a plus ABOUT JEPPESEN FOREFLIGHT: Jeppesen ForeFlight is a leading provider of innovative aviation software solutions, serving the Commercial, Business, Military, and General Aviation sectors globally.
