POSITION DESCRIPTION ::

  • Enhance and optimize the current Salesforce environment, focusing on data import/export processes and system functionality.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the current implementation and drive best practices in Salesforce development.
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of Sales Cloud to streamline sales processes and improve the effectiveness of sales teams.
  • Integrate tools and features that support sales and marketing efforts without the need for at this time.
  • Address the challenges posed by legacy systems, ensuring smooth integration with Salesforce and migrating data where needed.
  • Work on data migration and ensure that all legacy data is accurately transferred to Salesforce, while maintaining data integrity.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce data model.
  • Experience with data import/export, system integrations, and working with legacy systems.
  • Experience in implementing Salesforce for sales and marketing functions, with a focus on improving team productivity. 5% marketing cloud – 95% sales cloud
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, especially in dealing with data, process, and functionality gaps within Salesforce.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders to define requirements and implement solutions.
