JOB DESCRIPTION

The primary focus of this role is to implement a contact center solution using Salesforce Omnichannel for Case Routing, with integration to AWS Connect for efficient case call routing.

DEVELOPMENT SKILLS:

  • Strong proficiency in REST APIs.
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Familiarity with Python.
  • Expertise in Apex (Salesforce development language).

ADDITIONAL SALESFORCE EXPERIENCE:

  • Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing.
  • Understanding of Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote).

SOFTWARE & TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Familiarity with SAP and data integrity practices.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Structured Software and Performance Testing.
  • Familiarity with deployment procedures.

REQUIRED SOFT SKILLS:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to handle User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Strong background in operations.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

  • BTech in Computer Science or equivalent (or related field).
