MISSION STATEMENT

Research, recommend, implement, and integrate Salesforce grants management and CRM solutions that meet our clients’ unique needs. Design and deliver Salesforce-based solutions that help grantmaking organizations streamline operations and improve their impact. We are looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant with strong technical skills and experience working in a consulting environment.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• 5 Years of experience working with the configuration of Salesforce solutions, ideally in the grantmaking or nonprofit environment. This includes NPC and Experience Cloud. Leads the configuration of full system modules.
• 2-3 years of experience translating business requirements into the technical design and configuration build.
• 2-3 years of experience in data migration, preferably large scale.
• 1-2 years of experience in consulting, able to translate technical information into plain English for non-technical client project members and advise on design trade-offs.
• Certification: Advanced Administrator, App Builder, Sharing and Visibility Architect, Platform Developer 1, Copado Fundamentals 1.

Preferred

• Familiarity with front-end web technologies (e.g. HTML, CSS, Liquid Code) is a bonus.
• 2 years of experience with deep collaboration, facilitation and working on a long-term implementation project.
