JOB SUMMARY:

Seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP Developer to join our team on-site in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development with strong expertise in RICEF objects, performance tuning, and integration with SAP modules. This position requires close collaboration with functional teams, project managers, and clients to design and deliver robust ABAP solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
• 10+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience
• Strong understanding of SAP development lifecycle and RICEF components
• Experience with S/4HANA and Fiori/UI5 development is highly desirable
• Familiarity with SAP Gateway and OData services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Exposure to SAP Workflow and Adobe Forms
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with SAP BTP and integration tools

• Develop, test, and deploy custom SAP ABAP solutions (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms)
• Work with technical and functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Perform performance tuning and debugging of existing ABAP code
• Develop and maintain OData services and support Fiori/UI5 applications
• Implement enhancements and user exits, BADIs, and BAPIs across SAP modules (SD, MM, FI, etc.)
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to Mobolutions’ development standards and best practices
• Provide production support and troubleshoot ABAP-related issues
• Document all development activities and ensure high-quality deliverables
