Description

PURPOSE Provide companywide, professional, timely, and effective technical support for all mission-critical business computer systems. Systems include, but are not limited to SAP ECC 6.0, Qlik, Theobald, iMan, Alertus, SFDC, and Microsoft Office. The Sr. IT BSA will also interface with external suppliers for project execution and quote management. ---------------------------------------- ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS * Provide attentive, timely, and effective support for enterprise systems, software, and end-user technical needs * Utilize and maintain the internal support ticket tracking system * Partner with business users to identify requirements and define solutions that meet operational and strategic needs * Create, update, and maintain documentation including BRDs, FSDs/TSDs, process flows, and work instructions * Train end users on new and existing software applications and related business processes * Coordinate with external vendors and consultants for project delivery, enhancements, and system support * Perform other duties as assigned ---------------------------------------- PHYSICAL DEMANDS * Perform stationary work 75% of the time using a computer and standard office equipment * Move throughout office and production areas 25% of the time to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders ---------------------------------------- EDUCATION / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE Education * Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field Experience * 10+ years of SAP experience, including: * Full lifecycle implementations * Hypercare and production support * Enhancements, customization, configuration, and ongoing system maintenance ---------------------------------------- TECHNICAL SKILLS SAP & Systems * Strong proficiency in SAP ECC 6.0, including modules: * IM, MM, SD, LE, PP, MM-PP, CS * Process stream experience: * OTC, DTS, RTR, PTP, FTD * FI/CO experience strongly preferred * Ability to read and/or reverse engineer: * ABAP scripts * SQ01 queries * Custom transactions, programs, and background jobs * Transport management experience: * STMS, transports of copies, and related processes ---------------------------------------- PROJECT MANAGEMENT * Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously * Experience using project management tools such as MS Project, Teamwork, Monday.com, JIRA, or similar * Ability to lead projects with minimal supervision ---------------------------------------- BUSINESS ANALYSIS & COMMUNICATION * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal * Proven ability to conduct training sessions and deliver presentations to internal teams and business stakeholders
