DESIRED SKILLS

• Technical expertise in microbiology, biocide mechanisms, and microbial monitoring techniques.
• Hands-on experience with oilfield laboratory instrumentation and testing protocols for microbial control.
• Knowledge of oilfield operations, including microbial-induced corrosion, reservoir souring, and water treatment.
• Strong customer support and problem-solving skills.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Contribute to and participate in research and innovation (R&I) projects focused on biocide and microbiology solutions for oilfield chemical applications in the Oil & Gas (O&G) sector.
• Collaborate with customers to develop partnerships for new biocide products and microbial control technologies.
• Support the Solvay O&G technical and business teams in executing technology development projects related to microbial management and biocide performance. Demonstrate a willingness to learn and contribute to other stimulation projects to further expand technical expertise.
