Accountabilities.
Accountabilities: We’re looking for a candidate with a deep product development experience in the food industry, strong project management skills, and hands-on expertise in development kitchens. You’ll bring a balance of creativity and structure, a solid understanding of diverse food manufacturing processes, and the insight to know what works, what doesn’t, and why.

Create & Innovate: Design and develop products that delight consumers, from kitchen bench to full-scale launch.

  • Lead Projects: Drive global and regional projects through the stage gate process, delivering on time, to cost, and to quality standards.
  • Hands-On Development: Run prototypes, trials, and validations to ensure robust, scalable processes.
  • Own the Details: Define product specs, analyse trial data, and collaborate with Sensory and Quality teams to set clear targets.
  • Ensure Compliance: Apply strong knowledge of ingredients, nutrition, regulations, and food safety across all projects. Plus, generation of product specifications into our PLM system
  • Launch & Improve: Lead implementation plans for smooth handovers and drive continuous product improvements.
  • Communicate & Collaborate: Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, sharing technical knowledge with clarity and impact.
  • Stay Ahead: Keep informed on food trends and industry practices, bringing fresh ideas and curiosity to the team.
  • Support & Share: Contribute to team growth, coaching others and sharing best practices across regions.
