REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4 - 5 years prior experience leading multiple scrum teams
  • 4 - 5 years prior experience with successful Agile techniques
  • Scrum Master Certification
  • Past experience managing technology projects
  • Working knowledge / expertise with Jira, JQL, Confluence and Advance Excel
Responsibilities
  • Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices.
  • Work with partners, such as Release Management, to ensure smooth implementation of changes.
  • Drive the SDLC documentation approval process
  • Coverage of software releases, ensuring that releases go to plan, and driving any issues that may occur to resolution.
  • Reporting team metrics to Leadership as needed.
  • Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization.
  • Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments. Resolve conflicts and issues that occur.
  • Understand business functionality and technical aspects of the domain he/she will be supporting and aim to be a strategic partner to Tech and Product accountables he/she works with.
  • Approve timesheets for Scrum Teams, ensuring that appropriate billing practices are being adhered to
  • Monitor team velocity and burn rates, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
