Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Running daily stand ups and running through ceremony reviews, typical Scrum Master responsibilities.
  • Running out and trying to help connect or resolve obstacles and blockers.
  • Able to help or provide crew reporting - as far as blockers and velocity for the scrum team.
  • Will be helping to build out a new team so individual needs to have strong leadership and communication as they bring on new crew members and start a new initiative. Will not be walking into an existing crew.
  • A big plus is to bring on an individual with former PNC experience as they build out a new crew
