PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):

Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct and coordinate security assessments, penetration tests, threat elevation response, risk assessments, security training programs.
  • Primary liaison with local police and other security related authorities; ensure security readiness and preparedness for security emergencies.
  • Support efforts within emergency management, workplace safety, project management and contractor spaces as it relates to security
  • Advise, escalate, investigate and document security incidents, conduct root cause analyses and after-action reports
  • Provide operations support for the core set of security controls and programs (executive protection, access control, facility management, emergency response, and other security support)
  • Be the security risk lead for the region; identify and understand the nature of security/risks in the business environment, as well as recommend the application of appropriate controls and countermeasures to mitigate those risks.
  • Locally manage security crisis situations as a representative of the Enterprise Security team
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with applicable energy sector requirements.
  • Conduct Security risk assessments and or security vulnerability assessments.
  • Participate in large corporate event security planning and execution.
  • Develop and deliver security-related training and education.
