APAC Linkedin Johnson Controls APAC Linkedin Career The Power Behind Your Mission OpenBlue OpenBlue: This is How a Space Comes Alive What you will do: We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer – HVAC to handle installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of HVAC systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of HVAC equipment, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide timely service support to clients across Pune and nearby locations. What we look for: Install, test, and commission HVAC systems including split ACs, VRF/VRV systems, chillers, AHUs, and ductable units. Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance at client sites. Diagnose technical faults and troubleshoot HVAC equipment efficiently. Ensure timely completion of service calls and maintain service records. Handle customer complaints professionally and provide quick resolutions. Perform gas charging, leakage testing, and electrical troubleshooting. Coordinate with the service team and spare parts department for timely support. Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies. Prepare and submit service reports, job cards, and maintenance logs. Provide technical support and guidance to clients when required. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components Good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Understanding of electrical circuits and refrigeration cycles Customer handling and communication skills Ability to work independently and in field conditions Time management and multitasking abilities Qualifications & Experience: Diploma / ITI / BE in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning 2–5 years of experience in HVAC service or maintenance Experience with VRF systems and commercial HVAC preferred Join Johnson Controls and be part of a team that values your contributions, supports your growth, and provides a rewarding work environment.
